Ingredients
  

  • 3 Avocado Ripe
  • ½ Medium Onion Diced
  • ½ Large Tomato Diced
  • 1 Garlic Whole
  • ½ Tbsp Jalapeno Diced (Optional)
  • 2 Tbsp Chicken Buillon Powder Perfebly Knorr
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice Fresh

Notes

Preheat the Oven to 400 F degrees.
Line oven-safe bakeware with aluminum foil.
Bake whole garlic for Appx 30 minutes (it should be soft to the touch)
Take it out of the oven and put it on the cutting board. (You might want to wait about 10 minutes before handling it since it's going to be hot. Squeeze Garlic out of the skin (garlic should be like a paste)
In a bowl, add diced onion, Tomatoes and Jalapeno.
Starting at the top end slit an avocado lengthwise in half and twist to separate the halves. Using a spoon remove and discard the pit. Hold one half in the palm of your hand, cut the end up, and slip the spoon between the flesh and the skin to remove the avocado, discarding the skin. mash with a knife to make it smooth.
add to bowl.  Add chicken bouillon, lime juice and mix well. Service Immediately.
