Pico De Gallo ( Mexican Style Tomato Salsa)
Healthy and Tasty Mexican Chunky Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Onions
- ΒΌ Cup Green Onion
- 1 Tbsp Jalapeno Optional
- 1 Tbsp Cilantiro
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice Fresh
- 1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon Powder Perfebly Knorr
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Dice Tomatoes, Onion and Green Onion. Chop Jalapeno, Cilantiro Add above ingredients to a Bowl.Add Chicken bouilon, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt .Sqeeze Lime Juice and pour over, Mix and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
